What we do

Slimming, and the physiotherapy room

Thirteen services under one roof, in two groups. Each one starts with an assessment rather than a template — and any of them can be booked on its own.

Slimming techniques

Physiotherapy & massage

Not only nutrition

The clinic room

Eleven of the thirteen services happen on a treatment couch, not across a desk. Book any of them on their own - you do not need a diet plan first.

Body Piercing

Ear and body piercing with sterile, single-use needles — and the aftercare.

Learn more

Body Laser

Laser hair reduction, as a course, with realistic expectations set first.

Learn more

EMS

Electrical muscle stimulation as support alongside the plan, not instead of training.

What You Noticed

Most people come in with one specific thing. Pick the one that sounds like you, or book an assessment and we will work out together what is actually driving it — which is often not what you expected.

Lost it, gained it back

Several times. Usually a sign the plan was never survivable.

Inside the clinic

About the practice

Most diets work. Almost none of them last

Cut enough out and the weight comes off for a few months. Then the plan meets a holiday, a deadline or a bad week, and there was never anything in it designed to survive that.

The work here is the unglamorous version: a baseline measured properly, two or three changes that fit the week you actually have, and a review where what did not work gets changed rather than repeated louder.

How this practice works

Fewer changes, done properly

Long enough to take a real history, which is where the plan actually comes from.

0

Banned foods

Restriction is the reason most plans collapse somewhere around month three.

7

Areas of support

Nutrition, body contouring, EMS and piercing — all in one clinic.

Why people come here

Four things that are not negotiable

None of these are clever. Doing them for every patient, every visit, is the part most places quietly skip.

  • No food is bannedRestriction is the single most reliable predictor of a plan being abandoned.

  • Measured, not estimatedBody composition and bloods at the start, and the same measures at review.

  • Two or three changes at a timeFifteen changes attempted at once is how people end up making none.

  • Built for the week you haveA plan that ignores your job, your family and your kitchen will not survive it.

The part nobody sells

Losing it is the easy half

Almost any restrictive diet produces weight loss for a few months. What decides the outcome a year later is whether the plan was ever survivable, and whether the muscle came off with the fat.

Drag the handle. The interesting part is not the first twelve weeks — it is what the plan looks like after them.

How it works

From first appointment to habit

Step:1

One WhatsApp message with what you are hoping to change is enough to start. You get a time, not a form to fill in.

Step:2

Medical history, medication, bloods, sleep, training, and an honest account of a normal week — including the parts people usually leave out.

Step:3

Body composition rather than the scale alone, waist, and a review of any recent blood results. A baseline to be compared against later.

Step:4

Two or three changes that fit your actual week, written down, in the order that will make the most difference.

Step:5

A few weeks of running the plan, with the adjustments that real life forces handled rather than treated as failure.

Step:6

Re-measured and re-checked against your bloods. What worked stays; what did not gets changed rather than repeated louder.

The practice

What every session includes

Hour-long first visit

The history is where the plan comes from, so it gets the time.

Body composition

Muscle and fat measured separately, not just a number on a scale.

Written plan

Two or three changes on paper, in the order that matters.

Food you already eat

Built from your kitchen and your culture, not a template.

Works with your doctor

Nutrition alongside your medical care, never instead of it.

Review built in

What did not work gets changed, not repeated louder.

Where to find us

One clinic, thirteen services

Kabalan Center in Mar Mkhayel, by appointment. The consulting room and the treatment room are at the same address, so a plan and the treatment that goes with it do not mean two trips.

Families

What parents say afterwards

Three people told us to wait. The assessment gave us an actual number and a plan the same week.
R. S.Late talker · Beirut
We were told to stop speaking Arabic at home. Here we were told the opposite, with the research to back it.
N. A.Bilingual · Saida
Her teacher could not understand her. Six months later she is reading aloud in class.
M. H.Speech sounds · Tripoli
The online sessions meant we did not have to move cities. It worked exactly like being in the room.
L. D.Online · abroad
I was given strategies for the car and for bath time, not a worksheet. That is what changed things.
Y. K.Parent coaching · Beirut
She explained the stutter to us so clearly that we stopped panicking — and that alone helped him.

Questions

Before you book

How do I book a consultation?

A WhatsApp message is the fastest route. Tell us what you are hoping to change and roughly when suits you, and we will come back with a time.

How long is the first appointment?

Around an hour. Most of it is conversation, because the history is where the plan actually comes from. Reviews are shorter.

Do I need blood tests first?

Not necessarily, but recent results make the first visit considerably more useful. Bring whatever you have; you will be told if anything important is worth asking your doctor for.

Will you put me on a diet?

No. You will leave with two or three changes built from food you already eat. Nothing is banned, because restriction is what makes plans collapse.

How many appointments will I need?

Most people are seen three or four times across a few months. You get an honest estimate at the first visit and a review date to check it against.

Which languages are spoken?

Arabic, English and French.

Book an assessment

An hour to find out how you actually eat, what is worth changing first, and how we will know it worked.
