What is the same across every service
Measured properly
Body composition and bloods, not a number on a scale.
Nothing banned
Restriction is what makes plans collapse by month three.
Built from your food
Your kitchen and your culture, not a template.
Given the time
An hour for the first visit, because the history matters.
Included as standard
The same six things, whichever service you need
A real historyHow you actually eat in a normal week, including the hard days.
Body compositionMuscle and fat measured separately, with a waist measurement.
Bloods reviewedWhere you have recent results, they shape the plan.
A written planTwo or three changes, in the order that will matter most.
Explained properlyYou should be able to say why each change is there.
A review dateSet before you leave, so progress gets checked rather than assumed.
In numbers
Measured, then measured again
A baseline at the start and the same measurements at review, so progress is something we can see rather than something you have to feel.
Questions
Asked about nutrition in general
How do I book a consultation?
A WhatsApp message is the fastest route. Tell us what you are hoping to change and roughly when suits you, and we will come back with a time.
How long is the first appointment?
Around an hour. Most of it is conversation, because the history is where the plan actually comes from. Reviews are shorter.
Do I need blood tests first?
Not necessarily, but recent results make the first visit considerably more useful. Bring whatever you have; you will be told if anything important is worth asking your doctor for.
Will you put me on a diet?
No. You will leave with two or three changes built from food you already eat. Nothing is banned, because restriction is what makes plans collapse.
How many appointments will I need?
Most people are seen three or four times across a few months. You get an honest estimate at the first visit and a review date to check it against.
Which languages are spoken?
Arabic, English and French.
Not sure which one you need?
That is what the examination is for. Describe what you have noticed and you will get a straight answer — including whether you need anything at all.
