Stage 01
Assessment
History, movement, strength and joint testing, and a diagnosis in plain words.

Assessment and treatment for pain, movement and recovery.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy at the clinic is run by a dedicated physiotherapist — it is the one service here that is not Sara's own work. You can book it on its own, or alongside a nutrition plan.
It is assessment-led. Where it hurts and why it hurts are two different questions, and treating the first without answering the second is how a problem keeps coming back.
Treatment combines hands-on work to settle symptoms with the exercise that makes the change hold. The hands-on part opens a window; the exercise is what keeps it open.
Assessed before treatedA full examination comes before any hands-on work.
Hands-on and activeManual therapy to settle it, exercise to keep it settled.
Explained plainlyYou should be able to describe your own problem afterwards.
Referred on when neededIf it is not a physiotherapy problem, you are told.
How it is staged
Each stage ends with a decision point — nothing moves forward on autopilot.
Stage 01
History, movement, strength and joint testing, and a diagnosis in plain words.
Stage 02
Hands-on work where it helps, paired from the start with the exercise that makes it last.
Stage 03
Re-tested, with a short routine to keep you there.
Why it is done this way
You find out what the problem is, not just that something hurts.
Manual therapy settles it; the exercise keeps it settled.
Treating the cause is what changes the pattern.

Start to review
Every stage is recorded — vocabulary, sentence length, intelligibility, measurements and, where you have them, blood results. You see your own numbers next to where you started, which beats being told it is going well.
Questions
Not for an assessment. If anything found suggests imaging or a medical opinion is needed, you will be told and directed on.
You get an honest estimate after the first assessment. Most of the change happens between sessions, so fewer visits with real homework beats more visits without.
Some techniques are briefly uncomfortable, and you are told before anything is done. Treatment is adjusted to what you can tolerate.
No. A massage can be part of it, but physiotherapy starts from an assessment and is aimed at a specific problem with a plan attached.
